Remixes and edits
Rebuild a track from its parts, or pull one element into a new production.
Split into stems
Upload a song or a video. Sonilo splits it into vocals, drums, bass and the other instruments, four stems you can solo, mix and download.
What you get
A stem is one part of a mix on its own. Sonilo splits a song into four: the vocals, the drums, the bass, and everything else, which holds guitars, keys, synths, strings and effects.
The four stems add back up to the original song, so you can mute one, turn another up, or take a single stem into your own session. A neural network rebuilds each part as its own source rather than filtering frequencies, so the kick keeps its punch and the bass keeps its low end.

Solo the bass or the drums to learn a part, or mute your instrument and play along.
Drop the drums under another song, or bring a vocal in over a new groove.

FAQ
Splitting and listening are free with a Sonilo account: up to 10 files a day, each up to 10 minutes long. Downloading the separated tracks needs any paid plan.
Four: vocals, drums, bass and other. Other is everything that is not a voice, a drum or the bass, such as guitars, piano, synths and strings. For just an instrumental and a vocal, use the vocal remover.
MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC and OGG audio, or MP4, MOV and M4V video. A video works the same way as a song: its sound is split and the two tracks come back as audio.
Sonilo separates with an AI model that runs on our own servers. Clear studio mixes separate best. Heavy reverb, stacked harmonies and live recordings can leave a faint trace of the other track, so listen to the tracks before you download.
A few minutes for a typical song. Longer files take longer, and the page shows progress while it works. You can leave the page; the result waits in your Library.
Separating a song does not change who owns it. The instrumental and the vocals are still the original recording, so use them only where you have the rights to. For original music made for your own videos, generate it with Sonilo.
A separated song still belongs to its artist. Sonilo writes original music to fit your video, with a commercial license on Pro and above.
