FAQ
Before you begin
What is the difference between a voice isolator and a noise remover?+
On Sonilo they are the same model. A voice isolator keeps only the speech, which is what you get at 100% strength. A noise remover keeps the voice and takes out what is behind it, and you can lower Strength to leave some of the room.
Can it isolate singing from a song?+
No. The model is made for spoken voice only, and a sung vocal over music will be cut or distorted in places. Use it for dialogue, narration, interviews and calls. For a sung vocal, use Acapella Extractor.
Can I download only the isolated voice?+
Yes. Your Library keeps the cleaned voice and the removed noise as separate audio tracks next to the export. On Free, a job counts once toward your 3 a month, whichever of its files you download.
How do I add music after isolating the voice?+
Download the cleaned file. For a video, open Video to Music on Sonilo to generate music made for that cut. To use a music track you already have, put it under the voice in your editor, then upload that video to Balance Voice and Music to lower the music whenever someone speaks.
