Can I use Sonilo music in sponsored posts and branded content?

Who needs the plan

The creator or agency that generates the audio. The brand does not need a Sonilo account. If the brand later runs your video as a paid ad, that is still advertising and still covered from Pro upwards.

What to send the brand

Deliver the video and, if the brand or its agency asks for proof, the track's license certificate. It records the work, the plan, the scope, and the licensee, and anyone can check it at sonilo.com/verify-license.

When Pro is not enough

• A spot that will air on television or broadcast, or run in film, needs Premium or above.
• Campaign exclusivity or custom legal terms need Enterprise. Pro and Premium licenses are non-exclusive.

Which plans

• Free: Non-commercial. For trying Sonilo, not for publishing commercial work. A shared Free-plan download must be credited “Music by Sonilo” (Terms, Section 6.2).
• Creator ($5.99 per month): Non-commercial. For trying Sonilo, not for publishing commercial work.
• Pro ($14.99 per month): Commercial License. Ads, client work, monetized channels, apps, websites, and indie games. No attribution.
• Premium ($29.99 per month): Commercial + film & TV. Everything in Pro, plus film, TV, broadcast, and studio games.
• Enterprise (custom pricing): Commercial + custom terms. Adds custom terms, with procurement and legal support.
