Can I use Sonilo music on TikTok and Instagram Reels?

How the track gets onto the platform

Add the exported track to your edit and upload the finished video. A track you add yourself is licensed by your Sonilo plan, not by the platform's in-app music library.

What counts as commercial on short-form platforms

• Sponsored posts, paid partnerships, and affiliate content
• Posts boosted or run as ads
• Accounts earning through a platform's creator monetization program
• Business or brand accounts promoting products or services
• Videos made for a client

All of these are covered from Pro upwards, with no attribution. A personal post later boosted as an ad needs audio that was generated on Pro or above.

Labelling AI content

TikTok and Instagram have their own rules on labelling AI-generated content. They apply whatever your Sonilo plan.

Which plans

• Free: Non-commercial. For trying Sonilo, not for publishing commercial work. A shared Free-plan download must be credited “Music by Sonilo” (Terms, Section 6.2).
• Creator ($5.99 per month): Non-commercial. For trying Sonilo, not for publishing commercial work.
• Pro ($14.99 per month): Commercial License. Ads, client work, monetized channels, apps, websites, and indie games. No attribution.
• Premium ($29.99 per month): Commercial + film & TV. Everything in Pro, plus film, TV, broadcast, and studio games.
• Enterprise (custom pricing): Commercial + custom terms. Adds custom terms, with procurement and legal support.
