What happens to my rights if I cancel or downgrade my Sonilo plan?

Before you cancel

1. Export every track and sound effect you intend to use. Full-quality exports need Creator or above, so do this while the paid plan is active.
2. Download the license certificate for each commercial track. The certificate is your evidence of the plan and scope at generation.
3. Note that unused credits do not roll over and are not refunded; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, so you keep access until then.

After you cancel

Nothing in the Terms withdraws the rights to output that was properly generated under a commercial plan. A video you published with Pro-generated music stays licensed. What you cannot do is generate new commercial output, re-export old projects at full quality, or issue new certificates for them, because those are plan features.

Downgrading to Creator or Free

Anything you generate after the downgrade is personal-use only. Anything generated before it keeps the scope of the plan it was made on.

When a certificate can be revoked

The verification page can show a certificate as revoked. Revocation is tied to breaches of the Terms, for example output generated from inputs you did not have rights to, not to ending a subscription. A routine cancellation does not revoke certificates.
