Which Sonilo plans include commercial use?
Short answer
Commercial use is included on Pro ($14.99 per month), Premium ($29.99 per month), and Enterprise. Output generated on Free or Creator ($5.99 per month) is for personal, non-commercial use only. The rule is tied to the plan that was active when the track or sound effect was generated, not the plan you hold when you publish.

What "commercial" covers
Under Sonilo's Terms of Service, commercial use on an eligible plan includes monetized YouTube and other creator channels, paid advertising, sponsored and branded content, client videos, television and broadcast, games, apps, websites, and social campaigns. There is no separate "extended" license to buy and no per-track fee: the plan is the license.
What "personal, non-commercial" means on Free and Creator
You can experiment, post to a personal, non-monetized account, and share drafts with collaborators. You may not use the output in ads, sponsored posts, monetized channels, client deliverables, or anything you sell. Free plan exports are preview quality; Creator unlocks full-quality exports but keeps the same personal-use scope.
Timing matters
Rights attach to the plan active at generation. A track made on Free does not become commercially licensed when you later upgrade to Pro; regenerate it on the paid plan, or download the license certificate for a track generated on Pro or above. See what happens if you cancel.
API users
Output generated through the API carries the rights of the account and plan behind the API key. Enterprise API customers follow their enterprise agreement.
